BigHand99 login: every problem and the fix for it

A BigHand99 login needs two things: the username and password support sent you on WhatsApp. When it fails, the cause is almost always one of five things — a mistyped username, a blocked address, a second open session, a stale cached page, or an ID that has not been activated yet.

Jump to your symptom

  1. It says invalid username or password
  2. The login page will not load at all
  3. It logs me out every few minutes
  4. I forgot the password
  5. Login works, but the markets stay blank
  6. The screen looks different from last time

It says invalid username or password

"I am sure the password is correct, it still says invalid."

Start with the username. It is the field people never suspect, and it causes most of these errors.

Usernames are assigned, not chosen, and they mix letters with digits. A capital I looks identical to a lowercase l in many fonts. Zero and the letter O are worse. When you retype from memory or from a photo of the chat, one of those swaps is easy to make and impossible to spot.

Do this in order

  1. Open the WhatsApp chat where the ID arrived. Long-press the message and copy the username directly.
  2. Paste it in. Do not add a space before or after — mobile keyboards love adding one.
  3. Type the password slowly, watching the characters. Turn off caps lock on a laptop.
  4. If it still fails after two tries, stop. A third and fourth attempt can trigger a temporary lock on some panels.

One more possibility worth ruling out early: the ID may never have been activated. If the account was created minutes ago and the first deposit has not been confirmed, some agents keep it inactive. A one-line message to support settles it.

The login page will not load at all

"The page just spins, or shows a browser error."

Test the connection before you blame the platform. Turn off Wi-Fi, switch to mobile data, and open the page again. If it loads on mobile data but not on home broadband, your ISP is filtering the address — common on some Indian connections, and nothing to do with your account.

Never fix a loading problem by clicking a link someone forwards you. That is exactly when a fake panel gets its best chance, because you are already frustrated and less careful.

It logs me out every few minutes

"I log in, place a bet, and two minutes later I am back at the login screen."

This is a session conflict. One ID is designed for one person on one device at a time. When a second login starts, the older session ends — that is the platform protecting the account, not a bug.

Track down the second session. An old tab on your laptop still counts. So does a phone you handed to a cousin who was watching the same match. Close all of them, log in once, and see whether it settles.

If it keeps happening after that, treat it as a security event. Change the password immediately and tell support. An ID that keeps kicking you out while you are alone in the room usually means the credentials went somewhere they should not have.

Sharing an ID with a friend so you can both play is the fastest way to lose it. Account sharing is a lockable offence, and the lock is applied first and discussed later.

I forgot the password

"There is no forgot password link on the screen."

Correct — there is none, and that is deliberate. A reset link that emails a new password would be a weak point on an account that holds a balance. Resets go through the same WhatsApp thread that issued the ID.

Message the chat, mention the username, and confirm the registered mobile number when asked. A new temporary password comes back, usually inside ten minutes during the day. Change it from inside the account the moment you get in.

What support will never do

They will not call you first and ask for your existing password. They will not ask you to install a screen-sharing app. They will not request an OTP from your banking app. Anyone doing those things is running a script on you, however convincing the badge in their display picture looks.

Login works, but the markets stay blank

"I am inside, and the match list is empty."

Give it fifteen seconds first. The market feed loads after the shell of the page, and on a slow connection the panel looks empty while the data is still coming.

If it stays blank, refresh once. Twice at most. Repeatedly hammering refresh during in-play can queue clicks that land on odds that have already moved, which is a genuinely expensive way to solve a display problem.

Blank markets at odd hours are sometimes just reality. At 4 am on a Wednesday there may be nothing live except a tennis match somewhere. Check the upcoming tab before assuming something broke.

The screen looks different from last time

"The colours changed, and now there is a Register button."

Stop. Do not type anything. A Register or Sign Up form on the login screen is the clearest signal that you are not on the real panel, because IDs come from people, not forms.

Other tells worth memorising: an OTP request on the very first screen, an APK download banner, a page served without https, or an address with extra words bolted on. Any one of them is enough to close the tab.

Reopen from your bookmark. If you never made one, ask support for the current address and bookmark it this time. Two seconds of setup removes an entire category of risk.

Logging in from different devices

Smart TV browserWatching, not bettingClumsy input, sessions left logged in

Switching between your own phone and your own laptop is fine. Just close one before opening the other, and log out properly on anything you do not own.

The demo login, and when to use it

The second button on the panel opens a demo session. Same layout, same market structure, play money instead of real balance. Nothing there settles into anything you can withdraw.

It earns its keep in two situations. First week, when you are still learning which box is back and which is lay. And later, when you want to see how a market type you have never touched — say a session line during a Test match — actually behaves before risking money on it.

Where people go wrong is treating demo results as evidence. Betting freely with fake money teaches habits that quietly ruin a real balance, because the fear that makes you disciplined is missing. Use demo to learn the interface, not to prove a strategy.

What one login actually opens

Behind those two fields sits the whole account: balance, open bets, exposure, statement, deposit and withdrawal requests, and the full market list across cricket, tennis, football and the casino section.

The statement deserves a mention here because most people never open it until something goes wrong. Read it after any session longer than an hour. It is the only place where the evening is recorded honestly, in order, with the running balance next to each line.

Exposure is the second number worth understanding on day one. It shows what is at risk if the market goes the wrong way, and it is the reason a balance can look healthy while your actual position is not.

Keeping the login yours

Your first week of logging in

Day one: log in, change the password, bookmark the address, look around without placing anything. Day two: a small deposit, then one small bet on a market you understand. Watch the balance and exposure move together.

By day four you should have raised one small withdrawal, even if you did not need the money. That single test tells you the name on your UPI matches the ID and shows you how long the queue actually takes on a normal evening.

By the end of the week, open the statement and read it line by line. If the running balance drops in the same size steps five times in a row, that is a pattern worth noticing early rather than after a month.

Messaging support so it gets fixed fast

Support runs 24x7, and gets busiest in the closing overs of a big match.

Send one message with four facts: username, the exact error text, the time you tried, and a screenshot. That message gets answered. A message saying "login not working" gets a question in return, and during a live match that round trip costs twenty minutes.

Response times follow the cricket calendar. Mid-afternoon on a weekday, a reply lands in minutes. During the last four overs of an IPL game, everyone with a problem messages at once, and a slower reply is not a sign that you have been ignored.

If you have been locked out for longer than a day and nobody has answered, escalate through the same channel with a summary rather than starting a new chat. History in one thread is what gets an account unlocked.

Read the error message literally

Panels are blunt about what went wrong, and people skim past the wording. The exact text narrows the problem down faster than any amount of guessing.

Message on screenWhat it usually meansNext move
Invalid username or passwordOne of the two fields is wrong, or the ID is inactivePaste the username from chat, retype the password

Something went wrong, try laterServer side, usually short-livedWait five minutes before retrying
No message at all, button does nothingScript blocked in the browserTurn off the blocker for that address, reload

Screenshot whatever appears before you try again. If support has to ask what the error said, you have already lost ten minutes of a live match.

Bansal Exchange login: same credentials, older name

Plenty of users still call this a Bansal Exchange login, and the words sit right there under the logo on the panel. Same account, same username, same password. There is no separate Bansal login to hunt for.

It matters when you go looking for help. Instructions written about a Bansal Exchange login apply to you exactly, and vice versa. If somebody tells you the two are different systems and offers to "transfer" your ID between them for a fee, that person is not from support.

Older users sometimes have IDs issued years ago under the earlier naming. Those still work. If an ancient ID has been dormant for a long stretch, it may need reactivating through the agent before the login accepts it — a message, not a new account.

Logging in during a live match

Match nights are when login problems hurt most, and when they are most likely to happen. Everyone arrives at the same time, connections are strained, and people rush.

Get in before the toss

Log in twenty minutes early. Check the balance, top up if needed, and leave the tab open. Deposits sent during the pre-match window clear faster than the ones sent in the eighth over, when the same handful of people are matching hundreds of screenshots.

If you get thrown out mid-innings

Do not panic-click the login button repeatedly. Open the page once, log in once, wait. Your open bets are not affected by a dropped session; they sit on the server, not on your phone. The exposure you had before the drop is the exposure you still have.

On a stadium connection, expect trouble. Sixty thousand phones on the same towers at the Chinnaswamy or Eden Gardens is a genuinely hostile network. If you are at the ground, place what you want before the first ball and leave it alone.

When an account is locked

A lock is different from a failed login. The screen usually says so plainly, and retrying does nothing except deepen the flag. Common triggers, in rough order of frequency: too many wrong password attempts, two people using the same ID, a deposit made from an account in someone else's name, and unusual activity that looked automated.

Getting it opened

One message with the username, what you were doing when the lock appeared, and the time. Then wait. Locks are reviewed by a person, not a script, so the answer arrives on human timescales — often within the hour during the day, longer overnight.

Do not create a second ID while the first one is locked. Duplicate accounts are their own violation, and having two makes the original harder to recover, not easier. The balance stays where it is while the review happens.

If the lock came from account sharing, be straight about it. Support has seen everything, and an honest answer moves faster than a story that unravels when they check the login history.

Logging in on a new phone

Bought a new handset, or reset the old one? Nothing carries over automatically, because there is no app storing your session.

  1. Open the browser and type the address, or open your bookmark if it synced across.
  2. Log in with the same username and password. The account does not care which device it is.
  3. Add the page to the home screen from the browser menu, so it opens full screen next time.
  4. Log out on the old phone, or wipe it, before you hand it to anyone.

The last step is skipped constantly. An old phone sold to a shop with a live session and a saved password on it is a real way people lose money, and it is entirely preventable.

Where the login sits in the wider account

Think of the credentials as a key to a room rather than the room itself. The username identifies you to the agent who issued the ID; the password proves it is you at the door. Everything else — balance, limits, commission, payout rules — is decided inside, by the agent relationship, not by the login form.

That explains a few things that confuse newcomers. Why there is no profile page where you can change your registered mobile number yourself. Why limits move only when the agent moves them. Why the same two fields open an account with a five hundred rupee balance and one with a hundred times that.

It also explains why the WhatsApp thread matters as much as the password. Lose the password and support can reset it. Lose the thread and you have lost the only record of who issued the ID, what was promised, and which deposits you made.

One person, one ID, one thread

Keep those three lined up and almost nothing goes wrong. Split them — a shared ID, a second chat with a different agent, a payout requested through a stranger who offered to help — and every problem on this page becomes harder to fix.

A two-minute check before you blame the account

Run this list before messaging anyone. It resolves the large majority of cases, and it costs less time than waiting for a reply during a busy evening.

Most people fail on the second or the fourth. Typing a username from memory feels faster than opening the chat, and it costs three attempts instead of one. A forgotten tab on a work laptop is invisible from your phone, which is exactly why it goes unnoticed for days.

Six questions, two minutes. If all six come back clean and the login still fails, then it is genuinely time for support, and now you have something concrete to tell them.

What the login screen does not do

It does not create accounts. It does not verify your age with a document upload. It does not send an OTP before the password. It does not ask for a UPI PIN, ever, for any reason.

Knowing the boundaries is useful, because every fake panel oversteps at least one of them. The moment a login flow asks for something on that list, the page you are looking at is not the panel your ID belongs to.

It also does not remember you forever. Sessions expire after a stretch of inactivity, which is a security feature rather than a fault. Getting asked to log in again after a long gap is normal behaviour.

Money movement starts at the login

Deposits and withdrawals both depend on being logged in as the right person, which is why the credential hygiene above matters more than it seems.

Deposits go out over UPI to the details support provides, and you send back a screenshot showing the reference number. Payouts come to a UPI account held in the same name the ID was opened with. A mismatch there stalls the request no matter how clean your login is.

Raise the first withdrawal small and early, while nothing is riding on it. You learn the queue timing and confirm the name match at a point where a delay costs you nothing but curiosity.

Questions worth asking your agent on day one

Ask them in the same chat, before the first deposit, and keep the answers.

Five questions, answered once, save a dozen arguments later. An agent who avoids answering them is telling you something worth listening to.

Myths about the BigHand99 login

Myth: an APK logs in faster than the browserThe file is somebody else's wrapper around the same web page.
Fact: the browser is the fastest routeFewer layers, and no unknown software holding your password.
Myth: a bigger balance gets a priority loginThe login queue does not know your balance.
Fact: connection quality decides your speedSignal strength beats every other factor during in-play.
Myth: support can see your passwordThey issue the first one; after you change it, they cannot read it.
Fact: they reset, they do not retrieveA reset produces a new temporary password, nothing else.

How people who never have login trouble behave

There is a pattern to it, and none of it is technical.

They bookmarked the address on day one and have not typed it since. They keep the ID in one WhatsApp thread and never delete that chat. They changed the temporary password within an hour of receiving it, and they use a password that exists nowhere else.

They log in from one device at a time. They do not lend the ID to a friend for "one match". When something breaks, they send one message with four facts and then get on with watching the game instead of sending eleven follow-ups.

None of that is clever. It is just the small set of habits that removes almost every login problem described on this page before it happens.

BigHand99 login questions

Why does my BigHand99 login say invalid credentials when the password is right?

Nine times out of ten the username is the problem, not the password. Assigned usernames mix letters and digits, and a capital I read as a lowercase l produces the same error. Copy both values straight from the WhatsApp chat instead of retyping them.

Can I log in to BigHand99 without an ID from support?

No. There is no self-registration, so there is nothing to log in with until support issues a username and password. Ask on WhatsApp with your name and mobile number, or request a free demo ID if you only want to look around.

Why do I get logged out of BigHand99 every few minutes?

A second session is usually open somewhere else — an old browser tab, a laptop at home, or a friend using the same ID. The newer login pushes the older one out. Close every other session, change the password, and the drops stop.

Is the BigHand99 demo login the same as the real one?

It opens the same screens with play money. Markets, odds and buttons behave normally, but nothing settles into real balance. Use it to learn where things are, then switch to your own ID when you are comfortable.

What should I send support when the login fails?

Send four things in one message: your username, the exact error text on screen, the time you tried, and a screenshot. That single message resolves most cases faster than a back-and-forth conversation during a busy match.

Still stuck on the address itself rather than the credentials? The bighand99.com walkthrough covers what loads at that address and how a full session runs. If you have no ID at all, start at BigHand99 sign up.
